This position will take on the responsibilities of the social media presence for Czar Interiors across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a high comfort level and technical experience with all digital formats, and extensive experience using social media, personally and professionally.


  • Implement platform-specific best practices including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop monthly content calendars, curated around our current, previous, and future content

  • Formulate high quality novel written and visual content for the blog, social media and newsletter campaigns

  • Attend industry events and cover LIVE events.

  • Monitor and build a social media following by maintaining a solid online presence via community engagement

  • Community moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting further engagement, escalating issues to department heads, following up on issues, and maintaining community standards. 

  • Stay current on the latest updates on social media and provide appropriate recommendations.

  • Analyze data to determine campaigns using relevant KPIs

  • Assist with visual merchandising and in-store styling

  • Work with team to coordinate photoshoots for content

  • Work with team to help style photoshoots

  • Keep e-commerce site up to date

  • Help fulfill orders for e-commerce orders



**Must have Strong understanding and background with luxury or established brands.**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrated success in social media community management

  • Strong photography skills, please include link to portfolio to be considered. video production skills a plus.

High End Design Firm is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Project Controller. Qualified candidates should have experience with the interior design process. All candidates must be an ambitious self-starter willing to take initiative in a diverse range of projects operating in a fast-paced environment.


Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Secretarial work of scheduling and following up on appointments and meetings, confirming with clients and vendors

  • Answer phone calls, record and return voice messages promptly

  • Keep our resource list up to date

  • File and keep the material library tidy 

  • File and keep all paperwork extremely organized and easy to understand

  • Work with Principal designer to add new products, vendors, and information via magazines and other findings

  • Pick up office supplies including food, water, cleaning supplies, paper items, etc.

  • Keep track of office supplies like ink and paper, proactively order items when they are getting low

  • Schedule personal and work appointments for Principal designer, change and follow up as needed

  • Personal assistant duties, running personal errands for Principal designer

  • Work independently on projects discussed with principal designer

  • Great communication skills - very important

  • Experience in Quickbooks and Studio Designer accounting software

  • Proficient in Microsoft word applications

  • Assist in client presentations 

  • Assist in sample orders

  • Assist in vendor meetings

  • Manage social media outlets and website

  • Manage inventory via Shopify

  • Manages inbound and outbound daily mail and packages and confirm with P.O.s – going to Post office

  • Clean Office at the end of each day

  • Tracking credit card receipts

  • Confirm all order invoices and payments

  • Keep monthly calendar through G-mail tracking appointments, deadlines, employee vacation etc.



Assisting Interior Designers:

  • Weekly meeting with Designer/s & Project Manager/s every week 

  • Update and maintain Vendor list

  • Organize and maintain showroom

  • Maintain organized client order binders physical and digital via Dropbox

  • Track orders on calendar, on Google Doc spreadsheet, report status updates to all clients on a

  • bi-weekly basis and report all status updates to each Project Manager and Designer on a weekly basis, approve all fabric cuttings and strike off samples, report all arrivals of products while recording all charges on P.O.s



Job Requirements:

  • BA degree or higher

  • At least 1 year work experience in the interior design or similar field

  • Quickbooks experience
