Our Ocean Cove Project is a testament to the beauty of blending contemporary design with a warm palette and organic materials. When our clients—who’ve long adored Palm Beach—found the perfect spot for their winter getaway, they wanted to make it their own. With a vision of openness, light, and a touch of industrial charm, we set out to transform this space into a serene retreat. We thoughtfully selected natural materials, such as the Bernhardt dining table with a plaster finish and warm wood legs (swipe to slide 4!). • MERGING PAST AND PRESENT • A seven-year journey of patience and transformation. When our clients purchased this 1930s Mediterranean Revival home in West Palm Beach’s historic El Cid neighborhood, they immediately saw its potential. But transforming it into a modern retreat while preserving its timeless charm was no small task. Over seven years, we worked closely with our clients, addressing everything from reinforcing the floors to modernizing the guesthouse. Every detail was carefully considered—from the geometric Taj Mahal quartzite entryway to the bleached pecky cypress cabinetry—ensuring their home felt both timeless and functional. The process wasn’t without challenges. Unexpected floor joist reinforcements and a phased renovation meant the timeline stretched longer than anticipated. But the result? A home that feels like it has always been here, yet completely in tune with our clients' modern lifestyle.
